Welcome to Moksha Tour Planners. By booking with us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully.
1. Booking & Payment
- Confirm booking with a 25% deposit; full payment is due 30 days before departure. Late payments may result in cancellation without refund.
2. Inclusions & Exclusions
- Included: Accommodations, specified meals, transportation, and activities.
- Not Included: Flights (unless noted), personal expenses, insurance, and unspecified items.
3. Travel Documents
- Travelers must ensure valid passports and visas. For restricted areas, we assist with permits, but documentation is the traveler’s responsibility.
4. Travel Insurance
- Strongly recommended for cancellations, medical issues, and unexpected events. Moksha Tour Planners isn’t responsible for costs without insurance.
5. Health & Fitness
- Some tours are physically demanding. Please inform us of medical conditions when booking; a doctor’s note may be required.
6. Changes & Cancellations
- By Traveler: Written requests to amend bookings may incur fees. Major changes are treated as cancellations, per our policy.
- By Moksha Tour Planners: We reserve the right to alter itineraries for reasons beyond our control; refunds or similar alternatives will be offered.
7. Force Majeure
- For unforeseen events (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.), we’ll try to reschedule or provide alternatives, though refunds may depend on supplier policies.
8. Liability
- Travel involves risks. Moksha Tour Planners isn’t liable for injury, loss, or damage except in cases of negligence. We aren’t responsible for third-party actions or personal safety during the tour.
9. Group Conduct
- Participants should behave respectfully. Disruptive behavior may result in removal without a refund.
10. Complaints & Disputes
- Complaints should be reported immediately to your guide. Disputes are subject to Bhubaneswar, Odisha, laws and jurisdiction.
11. Photos & Testimonials
- We may use trip photos and testimonials for promotion. Notify us if you wish to opt out.
11. Privacy
- We respect your privacy. Personal information is handled per our Privacy Policy.

Cancellation Policy
We understand travel plans can change. Here’s our cancellation policy for clarity:
1. General Cancellation Charges
- More than 30 days before tour: 10% fee
- 15-30 days before tour: 25% fee
- 7-14 days before tour: 50% fee
- Less than 7 days before tour: 100% fee (no refund)
2. Last-Minute Cancellations
- Cancellations within 48 hours or a "No Show" will forfeit the full tour cost.
3. Refund Process
- Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 10-15 business days and credited to the original payment method.
4. Cancellations by Us
- In rare cases, if we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters), an alternative or full refund will be provided. We are not liable for additional traveler expenses like visa or flight costs.
5. Booking Amendments
- Changes to bookings are treated as cancellations and rebooking. A 10% rebooking fee applies to changes made over 30 days before the tour. No rescheduling within 7 days.
6. COVID-19/Medical Emergencies
- For disruptions due to health emergencies (with documentation), partial refunds or travel credits may be offered based on individual assessment.
7. Travel Insurance
- We recommend comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations, health issues, or other unforeseen events.
8. Force Majeure
- For major disruptions (e.g., pandemics, government regulations), we will offer refunds based on supplier policies or reschedule the tour without additional fees.
9. Cancellation Requests
- Please submit cancellation requests in writing via email. Requests are acknowledged only upon written confirmation from us.
Payment Policy
Welcome to Moksha Tour Planners! Please review our payment terms to ensure a seamless booking experience.
1. Booking Deposit
- A non-refundable 25% deposit is required at booking to secure your reservation. Bookings are confirmed upon receiving the deposit and necessary details.
2. Balance Payment
- The remaining 75% balance is due in two parts: 40% 7 days before arrival, and the final 35% during the tour. Bookings made within 7–30 days require full payment upon booking.
3. Payment Methods
- We accept NEFT/RTGS, Visa/Mastercard, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe), and wire transfers for international clients.
4. Currency
- Payments are accepted in Indian Rupees (INR). International payments may incur exchange fees, which are the responsibility of the client.
5. Late Payments
- Late payments may result in booking cancellation and applicable fees. Please inform us in advance if a delay is anticipated.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
- Refer to our Cancellation Policy for details. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10–15 business days.
7. Group Bookings
- For groups of 10+, we offer installment options after a 25% deposit. Contact us for details.
8. Security Deposit for Special Packages
- Some packages may require a refundable security deposit, communicated at booking, to cover special arrangements or services.
9. Third-Party Payment Fees
- Additional fees from third-party payments (e.g., PayPal, international wire fees) are the traveler’s responsibility.
10. Payment Confirmation
- You’ll receive a payment receipt via email within 24 hours of payment. If not, please contact us to confirm your booking.
