Bhitarkanika
National Park is the second largest mangrove ecosystem in the India. This is
famous for Estuarine Crocodiles, White Crocodiles. There are thousands of
migratory Birds nest on the mango grove island during winter. On the coast of
Bay of Bengal on the sprawling beach of 35 Kms lies the world heritage site of
Gahirmatha Beach which is the world’s biggest nesting ground of the Olive
Ridley Sea Turtles, offer a lifetime experience for Tourist.
kalibhanjadia
is a beautiful Island surrounded by
Sapua river on one side, Dhamra river another side and the Bay of Bengal on the
other side. The cottage is situated about ½ kms. away from the jetty with a huge
meadow in front. Lots of rhesus monkeys, chittals, Wild Boar, python and King
Cobra inhabitate this island. Excoecaria species is the principal species.
Upon your arrival at Bhubaneswar airport/ railway station, you will be escorted to the hotel. Then drive from Bhubaneswar to Nature Camp on the way visiting Ratnagiri, Udaigiri & Lalitgiri Excavated Buddhist Monuments this is called (Santi Stupa) in Bhubaneswar capital of Odisha. Check in to Camp. Walk around the village. Overnight at Bhitarkanika.
After having Breakfast you will be leaving for a Boat Trip inside the Sanctuary spotting the Basking Giant Salt, Water Crocodiles, Deer, Wild Boar & Birds. Nature Trek inside the Old Sanctuary area spotting birds near the water bodies is interesting. Back to the Camp. Overnight at Bhitarkanika.
After having early breakfast proceed for the boat cruise to Kaibhanjadia, Dhamara Port & Dhamarai Temple. After Lunch excursion to Barunei Beach. Spend your time there having fun & frolic on the beach. Overnight at Camp.
After having Breakfast leave for Bhubaneswar. We drop at your pre booked hotel/airport/railway station.
